This tool is built to keep your information private. Here is exactly what happens to what you type.

• Everything you enter — your business details, clients, items, and logo — stays in your browser on this device. It is never sent to any server.
• There are no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your email or any personal details.
• Your current draft, saved business profile, and invoice history are kept only in this browser's local storage, so they are still here when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• PDF and Word files are created on your device and downloaded directly by you. We never receive or see them.
• There are no analytics, no cookies, and no trackers.
• The page loads fonts from Google Fonts to look right; that request does not include anything you type.

A note for Rwanda: the only official receipts recognised by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) are those issued through an Electronic Billing Machine (EBM). What you create here is for your own records and for sending invoices — it is not an EBM-certified tax receipt. Learn about EBM on the RRA website.
